FEES

• individual Session fee: $130

• Insurance accepted. Client is responsible for all fees if insurance does not cover sessions.

Cancellation

• 24-hour notice required.

• Late cancellation fee: $75.

• No-show fee: $130 (full session fee).

Repeated Missed Sessions

• Ongoing no-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services.

• Clinician will attempt to address concerns with the client before termination.

Late Arrival

• If client is 15 minutes late, the session may be rescheduled.

• Full session fee may still apply.

Legal & Professional

• Clinician is a licensed provider (LCSW).

• Clinician follows all state laws and mandated reporting requirements.

• Client is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all policies.

Reiki Services

• Reiki is optional and complementary.

• Reiki is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

• Reiki services are separate from psychotherapy; separate consent and documentation apply.

• Reiki is not required to receive psychotherapy.
